Counselling is a therapeutic practice that supports individuals in navigating life’s challenges, emotional difficulties, and personal growth. Through a collaborative, empathetic approach, counselling helps clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, develop coping strategies, and create positive changes. Counselling can address a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, relationships, trauma, and self-esteem, empowering clients to find resilience and clarity in their lives.

I support adolescents (13+) and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, neurodivergence, grief, and life transitions. My work is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for each client’s lived experience.

I draw from narrative therapy, psychodynamic and humanistic approaches, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to support healing that feels both gentle and effective. Therapy is tailored to your needs, goals, and pace.

I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, build insight, and move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.
